Tutorial: Convert MOV (QuickTime) to AVI

Step 1

Unzip the ZIP file to a folder of MP4Cam2AVI.

Step 2

In the folder where you unzipped click "Mp4Cam2AVI.exe" to open it.

Step 3

The main program screen displays three columns: left, center and right. At the top of the left column go to the folder where the MOV file (double click to open folder).

At the bottom of the left column select the MOV file.

Step 4

In the upper right hand column, in the "action", leave selected the option "Convert & join (Many - One AVI).

In the "Audio format" select "PCM (uncompressed audio) or one of three quality levels of MP3 compression (normal, high or best).

In the line "target file name" click Browse. Choose the folder where you want to save the file, then choose the filename and click Save.

In the "avi size limit" choose a size limit for AVI file.

Step 5

Click "Start". Wait for the conversion.
